None of the links work, my ID card won’t generate, and I get nothing but pop-up errors in response to every in-app action. Even trying to create my account was one of the single most frustrating experiences I’ve had. This app has wasted half my morning! I can’t view my benefits within the app, I can’t make appointments from the app, I can’t believe this is the service I’m getting for the OUTRAGEOUS SHIP insurance UCB requires. This is highway robbery, a scam!! Get your own insurance if you can, it is clear UCB and Wellfleet do not have an iota of care for student wellbeing, nonetheless app usability. ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS.
