The watch only appears to takes readings on demand, appears to be no way to set it to take readings periodically, eg like every 30 mins. My other smart watches are able to do this. App has no sports mode for gathering data.

Keep having to pair it all the time & only records the odd bit off data every now and again. It’s a pity it would be quite good if it worked. Also what is annoying is it’s very good at telling me I need a drink or have been sat still for too long.

I received my Fitbit today and I’m not impressed at all with it or the app. The app doesn’t even work I need to keep pairing it every 2 mins to my phone. The only thing that works on it is the steps can’t count anything else. The app also keeps freezing every time I go on it. Can you fix these problems please! Glad I never bought the kids one for Xmas now from here so frustrating

Les messages ne se transfèrent pas à la montre avec le IOS 13.  La traduction française est un hybride de l’anglais et français massacré.  L’application n’est pas mature comparativement à d’autres applications similaires.  Bref j’espère qu’une version majeure sortira sous peu parce qu’actuellement c’est loin d’être plaisant à utiliser.
