Honestly I am debating changing my health insurance because of how aggravating everything about the service provided, including this app. **Developer response:** Hello Sephie B. I used my email and password that I use to login to the website that it takes you to change your password and it works. On the app it says that it does not exist. When you get the app, you instantly have to sign in, and it’s impossible to do so. You have to select “forgot password” ….. every time. which takes you too the website.
