## What is WELLlife Care?

Every sick day, in one place.

When someone in your family gets sick, the days blur together. When did the fever start? Which test was positive? WELLlife Care keeps it all straight in a few taps.

• Log your day fast — how you feel, symptoms, temperature, medicines and notes
• Record your rapid tests — Positive, Negative or Invalid, with an optional strip photo
• Track the whole family — a separate timeline for each person
• Share a clear summary — as an image or PDF, for family, sick leave or insurance
• Ask Nina — an optional AI assistant for questions about your record
• Stay on track — daily check-in and retest reminders, plus a sticker for every day you log

Your records stay on your device by default. Cloud sync is your choice, and we never sell your data.

WELLlife Care is a personal record-keeping app. It does not diagnose illness or read test strips. In an emergency, call 911.
