Drivers are always late, Doesn’t matter if u pre book an hour before, they don’t start looking for a driver until your booking time, can be siting there for half an hour

Constantly “booking restrictions apply until X” each morning - the time given is then increased, so these will apply till 8:40, then 8:50 etc. 

Theres basically not enough drivers or the drivers don’t want to work at peak times, I pray for Uber to branch out of the city centre.

Ordered a taxi, got “looking for a driver for 20 minutes”. Cancelled. Tried again half hour later, same thing. Tried called, got one of the worst automated services known to man. Imagine using voice regulation in Scotland? I said Hamilton, the bot kept on saying Motherwell. Dumb. Oh, and those cancelled requests were still taken from my card enough no driver accepted the booking. 

Garbage app for a garbage company.

Order well in advance and car never shows up. Go on to the App and says driver is half an hour away, but woe betide you if you are a second late, they charge you a waiting fee! Do not use!!!

No point booking as they won’t show up on time, lost count on the amount of times I’ve been late to get my son after booking in advance, don’t accept a booking if you’re not going to show up on time👍

Booked a taxi and told me from hillhouse to high earnock would be £7 think you need to sort the fares out when it comes to Apple Pay

Easy enough to book a taxi but you get nothing until they’ve got a car assigned to you. No idea of how long it might be or where any cars are near to you. Also it says fixed price of £22 then charges my card £26.40… makes no sense.
