I’ve tried a few fasting apps, and this one feels refreshingly simple. It’s easy to use, looks clean, and helps me stay on track without being annoying. Big plus that it works without an internet connection. The reminders are helpful, and seeing progress over time is motivating. Just a solid app that does what it should.
