I put this on my phone for a 3 day free trial and tried it once. Didn’t like it so tried to cancel it but can’t find it anywhere to cancel. I have emailed them 4 times to cancel but no reply. I have actually contacted my bank to block the payment which they just tried to take. So hopefully they might actually reply to the emails

**Developer response:** Sorry — four emails without an answer isn't how this should have gone, and we'll look into what happened on our side.

The cancellation isn't inside the app, which is why you couldn't find it: it sits in your Apple account. On your iPhone open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Wellmy → Cancel. That stops any further charges straight away, without needing your bank.

If you hit any trouble with that, write to support@airshow.dev and we'll help you get it sorted — this time you'll get an answer.

After downloading I seen it was a paid subscription and promptly deleted thru my phone in the subscription tab in settings.  Even doing that they still charged me $7.99!!! 
I am in a fight with customer support on getting it cancelled  and maybe a refund.  Save yourself alot of frustration and DON’t DOWNLOAD.

**Developer response:** Cancelling in Settings stops future charges, but it doesn't reverse one that's already gone through — if the trial had ended before the cancellation registered, that payment was taken first. Worth checking under Settings → your name → Subscriptions that Wellmy now shows as cancelled, so nothing renews again.

The £7.99 itself is Apple's to refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. If that leads nowhere, or you have trouble with any of it, write to support@airshow.dev — we can't touch the payment, but we can add free access so it isn't money for nothing.

Opted for the free version but kept being billed for the weekly subscription, the anti fraud team at my bank declined to pay, cancelled my card and no sooner the new card was in my wallet you were attempting to bill me again. No response from your customer support team. Shame, terrible experience over shadows any good the app brings to the table.

**Developer response:** Sorry — going unanswered by support isn't how this should work, and we're looking into what happened there.

The website first promised a free tool then my card got charged all of a sudden. The app doesn’t look like anything it advertises.

**Developer response:** That's not how a first experience with us should go. Write to support@airshow.dev with the email you signed up with and we'll look at what happened with the charge and help you from there.

I’ve been using the app for a month and it’s highly innacurate, often 20-30 points off.  I understood it might be slightly innacurate but that I could at least see trends. This is not the case. AI chat was unhelpful and offered no suggestions on how to improve accuracy.
