## What is Wellness & Pray?

Wellness & Pray is a safe space for women who wish to grow spiritually and find new strength for their bodies, souls and everyday lives.

This is where faith and real life come together – without pressure, without judgement and without the need to prove yourself.

Your daily companion:
– Verse of the day for new strength
– Inspiration for your everyday life
– Spiritual challenges to help you grow

Wellness & Pray – your daily moment for your soul and faith.

Wellness & Pray offers you a peaceful, lovingly designed space for mindfulness, prayer and fellowship. Every day, a Bible verse and spiritual reflections – to read or read aloud, for a mindful start or end to your day.

Here’s what you can expect: • Verse of the day & reflections – fresh spiritual thoughts every day, to read or read aloud • Personal reminder – you decide when the app reminds you of your moment • Prayer board – share your concerns and support others in prayer, in a respectful, moderated community • Highlights – experience the atmosphere of our Live Editions and the community • Offline access – your daily reflection is available even without an internet connection • Multilingual – German, English and French

Wellness & Pray is more than just an app – it’s an invitation to pause, draw strength and be connected in faith.
