Need the help the help chat as it alway blocking something and you constantly have to hide it, but half time you end up hitting it which opens a new help conversation. It no longer syncs with devices to track overall health. The only way to force it to sync is delete the app and start over again. Can’t even log in with biometrics or enter my login. App is up to date etc. now I’ll have to enter data in by hand or risk not getting points for this portion ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-07-01, version 6.3.4* Horrible to navigate, hidden rewards and incentives. No longer able to claim the maximum reward amount due to rewards being locked behind age or gendered incentives. For example I cannot get a mammogram, nor a prostate exam as this procedure is intended for men above the age of 40 unless you have a family history. So being a male under 40 immediately locks you out of $300 in rewards ### 1/5 — Signing in *2026-06-10, version 6.3.3* I don’t like how the app doesn’t keep you signed in. If I weren’t in the middle of a steps challenge I wouldn’t even use this app. I hate it now. This app is designed not to let you track your progress and rewards, but to keep you using the app because you can’t figure out how to get rewards.
