Had to install this app for a benefit program from my employer. It requires a launch code which is only available on the web site where you must create login credentials ... and if you don’t write down the launch code, it cannot be retrieved from their web site, because there is nowhere to log in. So much for being able to use the health assessment with my doctor ....
