Now can’t register, can’t log in. Nothing. A retrograde step ### 1/5 — Confusing *2024-03-05* Email does not work and the questions have no guidance to help if one is distraught. ### 1/5 — Nice concept needs updating though *2022-07-31* The email function doesn’t work. There is no save feature and things disappear and have to be re inputted. The app could use a bit of work and updating. The WRAP bookstore link leads to nowhere but a contact page. The site it leads to by the way needs updating of its links too. This is a great concept that I could see as super helpful and useful but the site itself needs work and the app’s email feature needs to be fixed. Also a suggestion is to have a web based WRAP like create an account so you can edit your WRAP on mobile or web. I am super bummed about not being able to email a WRAP pdf I think that’s important to have and would allow for not only sharing with loved ones and therapist but to have a printed copy for reference. I can see that I am not the only one asking for the email to be fixed. Please fix this ASAP ### 1/5 — Virtually useless *2021-10-30* I have spent a lot of time creating my WRAP only to find that the email function doesn’t work. When attempting to save information & move to the next section; the words you’ve entered somehow disappear & you’re forced to repeat the same actions previously entered. The worst thing is you cannot email the plan to your caregivers.
