Melissa’s wellness app has helped me tremendously to get more comfortable in the gym doing strength training.  It has personalized workouts that walk you through each move.  Also, if you are struggling to figure out what in your diet is inhibiting you from getting results the app helps you track macros so you can look into trends and try and figure that out.  It also has great reminders for staying hydrated throughout the day.
