### 1/5 — Poor Interface for Lab Results

Some lab results are shown as High or Low with no Normal indication. For example, cortisol is marked as HIGH if less than 2.3 OR greater than 19.5 and marked as LOW if normal between 2.3 and 19.5. Very poor interpretation of lab results and WellnessFX seems to have no interest in improving the app.

Looks like the app has been abandoned. the last release was four years ago. When I launch the app I get nothing but a dialog that tells me to “Please sign back in” but doesn’t take me to a sign-in prompt.

The app cannot find the supplements I’m using in its database, and will not let me manually enter them. It does offer to allow me to take photos of the front and back of their packaging, but this consistently crashes the app.

I get these tests through my employer.  Tried to print it out from this app for my doctor but it does not have sprint portion.  Nor does it do a comparison of last year.  I tried printing from a computer and it is so small I just hope my doctor can read it.  Disappointing

Has Wellnessfx stopped supporting the mobile app? It hasnt been updated for so long. The app definitely needs more features.

App keeps refreshing every single time I leave and return. It’s very annoying when trying switch between safari and the app because it refreshes and makes me lose my place.
