I spent $300 on gym classes and this app cannot process my receipt. I’ve asked several times for days and I still don’t have a receipt. I bought these classes assuming I would be able to get a receipt and would get reimbursed, but it looks like I’m out $300! ### 1/5 — Forgot Password Link *2026-08-08, version 1.0.4* When I request “forgot password”, I get an error stating I have sign-out before I can make reset. WTH, I’m can’t log in!!!! ### 1/5 — Zoom integration with new version upgrade is not working. *2026-07-08* Zoom integration with new version upgrade is not working automatically. Clients have to manually copy and paste link in browser to use zoom. Most clients might not notice this option or might not know the workaround. Please fix asap. App also forces to upgrade every time you launch it, even if already upgraded. Even after completely deleting app and data and reinstalling the issues still persist ### 1/5 — Sketchy *2026-06-21, version 1.0.3* I used to be a yoga teacher but now I am not. There doesn’t seem to be any way to delete my teacher profile or edit my account to say I am not teaching. It all feels very sketchy. Only an AI bot replies to emails. I would not trust them with my information again. ### 1/5 — Absolutely awful *2026-05-16* I constantly have to email my instructor to work with the developer to troubleshoot. This time is is a new studio that doesn’t show my purchases and I can’t book. I often login and it shows a completely different business that I’ve never used. I’d get rid of the app if there was another way to book. ### 1/5 — Horrible booking, studios probably lose money *2026-04-20* I prefer to book my classes for the week in advance. This app is SO BAD, I can barely book more than one class within the span of five minutes. After purchasing one class, I will get an error when trying to purchase another one. The app tells me I’m trying to make too many purchases and that I need to wait after booking ONE class. Closing and reopening the app after several minutes does not fix the problem - I just have to wait until it decides to work. I can’t imagine the frustration other students are feeling trying to plan their classes for the week when the booking rate is SO SLOW. Sometimes I don’t even book anything because I get so frustrated and then forget. I despise this app and I despise this company. I’m about to delete it and just beg the studio instructors to book the classes I want on their side, which seems to work within a decent, normal timeframe. **Developer response:** We're so sorry for the frustration you experienced!
