I haven’t experienced the issues that others are saying. I was a bit surprised to see them haha. The app just DOES update often, but for me it has only been once a month or every other month. I try to open the app when I drive to work and hope it’s open and working by the time I get to work. However it’s usually not then I have to email the clock in and out times with attendance for each class that day. What’s the point of this app it doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Consistently trash *2025-12-06, version 1.13.6* I’ve unfortunately had to use this app and website for two years for my job as yoga teacher to check in clients and generate invoices. It’s never worked properly at any point. Takes forever to load always, crashes frequently and makes it difficult to do my job. If you’re thinking about switching from mindbody, just pay the money for mindbody because it actually works. ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-11-11, version 1.13.4* I’d give you zero stars if I could — this app is super slow and barely functions. It feels flimsy all the time. Are you kidding me?! I would never recommend this app it is embarrassing how bad it is regularly. What a joke why don’t you focus on creating an app that doesn’t crash every 10 seconds this company is disgrace stay away! Two years later from this review and I’m still scratching my head with how horrible this company has run. Every update is just full of bugs and such a mess. Company has not corrected problem. ### 1/5 — Consistently Doesn’t Work *2026-02-02* Been using this app for about a year now; it’s crazy how every update, something goes wrong. The issue that I’ve been struggling the most with is opening the app. It decides when to open and when to NOT randomly. I need to be booking clients and the app won’t open on any device. Please fix this issue and please make sure your updates will actually UPDATE the app not make it worse. I try to call customer service everytime and it reroutes me every time. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2026-01-21, version 1.14.1* Might genuinely be the worst app to ever exist. Does not work, slow, crashes, updates every 5 minutes that somehow make it worse. If you care about your business and keeping a tidy schedule, WellnessLiving Elevate is not for you. If zero stars was a rating option that is exactly what it would get. ### 1/5 — Do Not Use *2026-01-21, version 1.14.1* If I could give zero stars I would. Error notices almost every time I open the app, every update is a downgrade that creates more problems than the previous version, crashes all the time. Yes, it’s cheaper than most other apps of its kind, but you get what you pay for. And you get next to nothing with this app. ### 1/5 — Always crashes *2026-01-19* This app constantly crashes, their website isn’t much better. Always trying to update but each update seems to make them worse… update things without the consumers consent and changes things for the consumer without approval. And the options to turn such things off is unavailable. Always looking for a better program. ### 1/5 — WL as a whole is terrible *2026-01-16* I am a previous mindbody user and switched to WL after being told it’s soo much more user friendly and blah blah. That has not been the case. The app spins and spins and half the time you can’t get in or you get an error message that says “opps can’t load right now”. When you are in the app the classes don’t automatically update so you never really know how many people are coming unless you swipe away and re-open. In mindbody I could also block time off and label an outside appointment, for example “dentist appointment” to remind you. In this app it gives you the option to leave a comment when blocking time off but the comment doesn’t display on the schedule so half the time it leaves me wondering why I blocked my morning off. In which case, I then need another schedule in a different app to remind me of other appointments I have for myself. WL as a whole: I was so excited to switch over to and have been greatly disappointed. Continuously there’s features I’m trying to do that seem like the most simple thing. (Small example a client early cancels an appointment and it doesn’t just credit the session back to their account. In fact it just kind of disappears and become inactive?) what???? You call support, and get told “that’s a great idea you should put it on the community forum”. Only to find out it’s been on the community forum after someone requested the change 3+ years ago. I’ve had a number of things come up that seem like the most basic parts of a scheduling system and nothing has been fixed…. But now I feel so far in that I can’t switch back. Nothing ever gets fixed, they tell you what you want to hear. Support is friendly but I’ve called over the last year with probably 14-15 questions all of which seem very basic (schedule memberships in advance, book assets on specific days) and maybe 12 have been resolved. Then they constantly want to get on the phone with you to discuss… I’m sick of talk and sick of sitting on the phone or watching videos to resolve these issues. This company, software, customer service, and the price you pay is everything anyone can wish for! 100% hands-down, the best company for our business! I only decided to write this review because I saw all the negative feedbacks - HOW? People clearly didn’t understand the software or took their time to dial the customer support number (which by the way answers right away) I cancelled so many other services (like Mailchimp, jotForms, texts and etc) because this software does it all! It’s been a year and we couldn’t be happier! And the best part is that they actually care to make it even better, every month there is a webinar with new features that clients submitted on how to improve it for their business- how can you not be happy with this company!!!? ### 5/5 — Great alternative to MindBody *2025-04-02* I switched and will never look back. The switch to Wellness Living was easy and most of my data transferred. I was with Mind Body 18 yrs. Wellness Living is excellent my clients have had no issues.
