### 2/5 — Must be used with physical therapist

I cannot figure out how to use this app without my physical therapist having the clinic version. The only way to add exercises seems to be through them. My guess is this is intentional, although I can't find mention that the patient isn't able to use app without the PT doing it on the product info.

Great program and app. Lost 40lbs in 3 months. Dramatically reduced my A1C as well.
