## What is WellSense?

現時香港精神健康問題非常普遍，但其相關的潛在風險因素尚不清楚。越來越多研究通過智能手機和可穿戴裝置來獲取參加者實時的客觀的健康數據。
我們希望透過此應用程式，收集參加者與精神健康相關的傳感數據（例如：螢幕使用時間、睡眠、身體活動等），並探討這些數據與精神健康之關係。此外，我們將使用生態瞬間評估（EMA）收集有關情緒狀態的每周自我報告數據，以更好地理解香港市民的心理健康動態。
