## What is WellShift?

WellShift is an app that pairs with your wearable or works alone and uses advanced biofeedback technology and cognitive behavioral therapy principles to help you regulate your emotions, 'The coach in your pocket.' And it does NOT replace mental health care. It processes them to define your emotional states, well-being, resilience, productivity, and abnormalities in your vitals or states.
WellShift uses HealthKit to sync your data with the Apple Health app to give you better insights inside WellShift.
