The app is terrible for staff to work with.  It causes all kinds of problems with tracking unless it has perfect connection all the time.  Which is non existent in the USA.  The apps operation is clunky and slow.  When you call support for help, they just tell you that you have no connection or to reinstall app.  So basically useless for help.  I like how this crap app managed to get a 5 star rating though.  Good job Wellsky employees on that.

This app crashes at 3 to 5 times a month, it’s got to be the worst app ever, I’m always having to check to make sure it documented everything, it runs so slow, don’t use this app
