Waited over an hour & no one came… ### 2/5 — No one answered *2022-11-13, version 1.19.0* Said I had 1 person in front of me and then i waited over an hour and no one came. These are supposed to be quick simple issues. Inefficient, ineffective. ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2020-06-22, version 1.8.0* I had an appointment at 10am on a Sunday. The Dr prescribed a medication but did not put in the actual order for the medicine. I called all day long and no one helped me get it corrected and ordered. I was told over and over that the urgent care phone number has no ability to do anything or help. I was told I needed to wait for a “call from clinical” that never came. Apparently you can get no help at all or questions answered after these appointments due to their customer service issues.
