Two different locations to get them filled and the app doesn’t allow it. It says continue filling out request. There is nothing left to fill out. It doesn’t allow you to submit request. I do not always know what some of the medical terminology means. I currently have instructions to print orders on the portal to take to an appointment. I do not have a working printer. They must consider that it is not possible for everyone to do this. Email pdfs are more reliable than texts and save more money than paper receipts. I visited two of your facilities today and asked for emailed receipts instead of paper and the paper and text receipts were mandatory. Text receipts can also cost some customers money. Please consider emailed receipts. This would be the same as a printed receipt as they could print it from home if they opt out of a printed receipt at the time of service, but it still provides the same level of detail digitally. The text receipts do not. Also I get the same results when I have to get blood work done at Well Span. I only rated it 4 stars because I went into edit shortcuts, removed schedule and appointment and replaced it with Track My Health. Saved changes, however Schedule an Appointment stills shows as a short cut and not Track My Health. If you go into edit shortcuts cuts it shows Track My Health but isn’t showing on the Home Screen. ### 5/5 — Instant Access to my Health Information *2025-11-14, version 11.4.3* I love the ability to message my doctors at any time and I know they will view it as soon as they can. We can’t do anything here. You’ll need to pay here then we’ll send you to the er so we can also not do anything but charge you and your insurance again while receiving no care. The med team doesn’t read the charts, Each time is like the first time they’re seeing you. Incompetence at its finest ### 1/5 — Online Scheduling *2026-08-16, version 11.7.4* Online scheduling for my blood test was cumbersome, lengthy, and user unfriendly. ### 1/5 — Tried to KILL ME! *2026-06-18, version 11.7.4* I went into the ER due to a rash forming on my body. After telling them I was bit by a bug and that my body started to have a bad reaction. I had already gone to urgent care twice and to the ER at Holy Spirit( also terrible). I explained that I believed I had Lyme dis ase but I was manifesting differently. They gave me Prednisone( which made it worse), then the doctor refused to come back to check and see when I said the rash had gotten worse. Not only did the doctor not test me for Lyme Disease right away, when I requested antibiotics, they refused. I left and began taking some old amoxicillin that I had and within hours my symptoms began to improve. The rash on my body has began to slow down, and some of the patches have actually began to fade. My eye and my face had began to swell and that has improved significantly. DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU !!!! ### 1/5 — App and website horrible to schedule appt *2026-03-26, version 11.4.3* I have tried 10 times to schedule an appt with my family doctor and it keeps sending thru an endless loop. It almost NEVER loads. It always comes up with an error or 10. It takes forever to load, if it ever loads. It keeps going back to the main page because it defaults there after it gets an error. And getting signed up for the facility access has not been very helpful when no one answers the emails regarding getting one set up. Everyone was so sweet and calming and reassuring. Trish at pre op was amazing!!! And I cannot remember the nurses name at post op as I was in and out of sleep, but she took such good care of me and made sure my pain was taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone.
