It is simple, it is honest, and it works. IMO effectiveness really comes down to articulation and it takes a lot of real world intentional practice and experience. Very hard to achieve that through an app. Well spoken gets you a step closer and covers some aspects of training articulation through its drills. I think the structure and forms explained in that app, if practiced consistently, can get you closer to becoming that person who “wings it” in their presentation and yet nails it every time. ### 5/5 — Builds Confidence in Communication *2026-08-08, version 4.3.3* I’ve really enjoyed using this app and have found it genuinely helpful for improving my articulation and communication skills. The exercises are practical, easy to follow, and can be tailored to situations you have coming up, which makes them feel relevant and useful rather than generic. It’s helped me express my thoughts more clearly, become more aware of how I communicate, and feel more confident when speaking, both socially and professionally. Some of the exercises can push you outside your comfort zone, but in a good way. What I’ve really appreciated is that you can take things at your own pace and build your confidence gradually. If you’re willing to be a little brave and give it a go, there’s a lot you can get out of it.
