She is within the well star system but when I go to Oncology it will not let me make an appointment. Thank goodness the MyChart app works properly And I can at least see my appointments and bloodwork and tests results on there… ### 3/5 — Good but lacking *2025-06-19, version 5.6.0* You can find mostly what you need from the app They have some bad designs or failures like if you want to ask a question. It takes you to a screen that you can’t cancel or go backwards. So you have to exit. Remove app from memory and relog in. I’ve seen this a couple places. Appointments were hard to find. It only shows the next appointment and you can’t easily see multiple appointments Otherwise it works. I gave 3 stars to get attention without fibrin bad of a review ### 4/5 — FINDING GYNECOLOGISTS NEAR ME *2025-05-20, version 5.4.1* I live within a ten-minute drive to a Wellstar University Hospital. I find it very interesting that no appointments are available in the field of clinical medicine near me. The closest, so this App says, is over 100 miles away. So, am I enjoying this App? Is it useful for me in this instance? I did not catch everyone’s names but the app told me who was caring for me. This time they scheduled me for a mammogram after the ultrasound. Which apparently, is the wrong order. I arrived at 7:30. I had to be here at 7:40 am for the ultrasound but the mammogram is at 9:10. I am still waiting for the mammogram now at 9:30. It is their scheduling mistake yet I am the one waiting to begin for two hours. Also, the woman at the front desk, Nancy, twice told me to sit back down in the waiting room when I needed to ask a simple question. I got in line like everyone else and another woman answered my question. Nancy came in five minutes later and attempted to help, and then rolled her eyes when I told her the other woman answered my question. Very poor customer service. Even worse when you consider that people here may be sick or hurt. I will be finding a new provider. No thanks Wellstar! ### 1/5 — Bad people support *2020-10-16, version 2.0.23* I took my wife to ER the other day and I was told I had to wait in my car. I waited for over 6 hours and no one called or contacted me about status of my wife. I went home with the understanding that she was going to be admitted in hospital. Today they were going to do surgery on her at 3:30 so I came in to wait on her surgery. Well the front “information” desk couldn’t find her in system and then they called room and found her. They couldn’t tell me where to wait! I have been in Marietta for 33 years and this is the worst treatment I have ever experienced from ER and main hospital. Boy I wish for the old days because then we were treated like REAL people!! ### 2/5 — Difficult to get appointments *2025-07-17, version 5.6.1* I tried to make an appointment to talk about my meds… it’s 7/17/25…. Nothing available until 9/6/25!I tried to leave a message on this site, but unless the Dr/PA initiates the conversation, that won’t happen either. Disappointing… I think I need to try a different practice, maybe insurance also. Never met the Dr, but he’s refusing to fill prescriptions I’ve done well with for years. Maintaining BP can be tough, and now he wants to mess with it. When I see my cardio, I’ll address it with her. ### 2/5 — Review of receptionist on todays visit *2023-06-14, version 3.4.0* Totally unprofessional and dismissive. Wouldn’t make eye contact throughout the check-in process. After waiting for a few minutes at the reception desk, I heard a voice at the opposite end of the room saying something that sounded like “you need to come down here”. It wasn’t clear she was talking to me, primarily because when I looked in the direction of the voice, the only person I could see, she was not looking in my direction. I was asked to sign and initial a signature pass for a series of questions, but never given the opportunity to visually see what I was signing. Anderson and nurse Donna and all the Wellstar staff that assisted during my operation made surgery painless and mainly non-eventful.
