The app takes a shortcut to log you in through the website, but wants you to set up a passkey. Since the website it now just forced you to can’t handle a passkey, you’re stuck in a loop where you can’t log in because there is no password, but it also doesn’t accept passkey.

I can log into the website via a browser just fine but the app won’t let me log in using the same credentials. Seems like the app is incomplete and buggy. I would recommend just sticking with using the web portal.

It’s a broken wrapper around the website might as well go there where logging in actually works and you don’t get half the functionality opened in a new web view.

The only Wellthy feature you can really use in the app is messaging, and even that is limited because you can’t add people to your care circle in the app. That functionality, along with every other thing you would want to do, is only available on the web site. Hopefully they’ll add more app functionality soon. Right now the app is mostly useless.

My employer began offering Wellthy as a benefit so I downloaded the app, excited to get support with family care. Sadly most of what I’ve seen of the app is browser based and the UI lacks basic navigation so it’s difficult to use. I keep hitting dead ends and can’t back out of them.

Glad to see there is finally a mobile app. Until it replicates the functionality of the web (or 95% of it), I would consider it incomplete. Good to see something though!
