## What is WellTrained?

WellTrained is a coaching app for men who train under real structure.
I am Coach Jasper. This is where my clients receive their training programs, nutrition structure, and weekly check-ins. You communicate with me directly through the app when you need form review, adjustments, or feedback.
What is inside:
Training programs assigned to your calendar, written around your body, your equipment, and your schedule. You log every set and rep so progress stays visible week to week.
Nutrition tracking built into your daily routine. Macros set to your goal, food logged in the app, weekly review against the targets I set.
Habit tracking that reinforces the work between sessions. Sleep, steps, water, recovery routines, and any other habit I assign as part of your protocol.
Weekly check-ins with photos, weight, measurements, and compliance review. I read every check-in and respond with feedback, adjustments, and the next week of work.
In-app chat for direct communication. Send a video for form review. Ask a question. Report when something is off. I respond with the next step.
Progress photo overlay so you can compare images side by side and see the body change over time.
Who this is for:
Men ready to be coached. Clients who want a system that holds, a coach who sets standards, and weekly accountability that does not move. If you are willing to follow a protocol and report back, this is built for you.
How to start:
If you are a current WellTrained client, log in with the credentials I sent you. Your program is waiting.
If you are not yet a client, apply at welltrained.fitness or contact coachjasper@welltrained.fitness.
The app is the delivery system. The work is yours. Follow the protocol.
Obey.
