Hi, I haven’t had any response from the staff working on the app. I’ve experienced a few glitches and I’d really like to be able to use the app to its full potential, but at the moment there doesn’t seem to be anyone available to help.

For example, I can’t add pictures and measurements properly. Sometimes the app takes the photo before I’ve finished putting the whole meal in front of the camera, so only half of the meal is captured and I have to repeat it. I have a similar problem with barcode scanning.

I think the idea behind the app is great, and I’m really happy with the basic features I’m currently able to use. However, I’d really like to use the full functionality, especially as I’m paying for the app.

Could someone please help me resolve these issues or explain how I can use these features properly? I’d really appreciate some support. Thanks!

Concernant l’ajout de plusieurs temps de collation dans la même journée, Welmi ne met en évidence que l’ajout le plus récent. Pour les retrouver tous mais moins détaillés, il faut interroger le journal via la mention “Objectif calorique”. Ce n’est pas très satisfaisant. Merci de voir comment l’améliorer

Tras varias semanas de uso, la app deja mucho que desear. Por ejemplo: cuando pones la primera comida del día el ayuno no se para automáticamente. Tiene que pararlo tu. El scaner de comida con IA, funciona regular tirando a mal.
