I cannot change the watchface, cannot get weather info, what good is a “smartwatch” that won’t sync or connect. However, the app fails to sync data for days to weeks on end which interferes with, well, tracking data. Even if I sign out, pull down screen to sync or close the app, it continues to fail to update so I can’t see any data.
