After successfully ordered and paid the app suddently shows that I am unpaid. I spoke with chat support and they said it is unpaid and just cancel my order even if I send them screenshots about my bank deduction, order placement from app with reference number. I spoke with my bank as I already received a deduction SMS and bank confirmed I successfully placed the order and got deducted on my account. Wemart support still saying they didnt get the payment and check again with my bank. A very frustrating and disappointing experience. WeMart support also speaks chinese in the middle of our conversation which is very unprofessional. I just need my money back, please refund my money and I will never ever order and use this app. The trauma and the stress are not worth it.
