The app or AI will not accept a valid IDP and the motorcycle license despite it being the proper requirements to be able to ride in Taiwan. I have submitted all documents and validation keeps on failing. Useless for foreigners.

In accordance with new federal laws, beginning 02/2020, foreign applicants must provide a Taiwan issued driver's license or a category A International Driver's Permit (IDP) for registration. The effective or valid date must be visible for driver eligibility. No foreign driver's license is accepted. Please note, International Driver's Permit (IDP) is different from an International Driver's License (IDL). Thank you.

請強制拍照或把定位用好，還有很多違規停車的車子，你們是不是都不管？租到的就倒霉？停在地圖根本找不到的地方，然後就是浪費時間，大老遠的走去租車地，結果沒有辦法租用，還要找其他交通方式！客服愛理不理的真的很糟糕！

你要碼設定不更新不能租車、不然至少設定租車後移動中就讓人更新好嗎⋯更新包檔案又大，都停好車了、一邊計費一邊只能看自己的爛網路慢慢載、還剛好手機只剩6%電，浪費時間流量給錢在這種事情上真的歸懶趴火
