In the beginning once I got them set up they were helpful at some point. They just stopped working well and I changed the Internet providers. I could never add them back into the app not that now I can’t even open the app. The app just crashes. I can’t get past the login screen. Lightbulbs, air filter, cameras, smart plugs etc. But they were the rug pull company of the smart products. Their app used to work then slowly just fell off. As I write this review I am getting notifications of the final Wemo product I use which is a light bulb just turning on and off from my working security camera system that isn’t Wemo. Keeping it for the utility of a light bulb to just be on was too much to ask for. Waste of money as I purchased 4 more plugs for it and I can no longer return them! I’ve now switched over to Tapo, much better and it works a lot faster and more efficiently too!
