Doesn’t let you register. What a waste of time. 5 yrs and no updates? Just remove the app. Deleting app now. Not even sure I want to get on this water taxi now.

I can’t register, every time I do it doesn’t do anything, have shut phone off and turned back on

The app won’t let me set up an account unless I’m registered with one of 5 buildings downtown. There’s a lot more than 5 buildings downtown. Very frustrating that I have to use the website instead of the app. Maybe I just won’t use it at all them. You’re driving passengers away.
