The app has not been working right for a couple of months. I’ve reached out several times and no response. I can’t even cancel the subscription because no one is responding to me. Was a good app at first, but now it’s just taking money and non functional.

I’ve been in and out of getting my daughter in treatment over the last two years and this  app has been incredibly helpful utilizing the tools for insurance and helping my daughter get into a facility that also allowed her to have her dog with her. I can’t recommend this company enough.
