However, the app doesn’t accept Amex, whether via Apple Pay or directly, even though the restaurant takes it just fine. The promo codes never work, I have to ask the kind and helpful staff for a solution every time. Constantly freezing and nothing works, promo’s conveniently “glitch out” so you can’t use them and you can’t order anything anyway because of the constantly freezing and app crashing. Wendy’s corporate really cheaped out on this useless app, what a shame.
