Protects WEOKIE debit cards by sending alerts and enabling you to define when, where and how your cards are used. Download the WEOKIE Card Controls app to your smartphone, then set your preferences to monitor and manage your card. Alerts Enable Safe, Secure Card Usage Alerts for PIN and signature transactions keep you informed of your card usage to quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity for WEOKIE debit cards. Location-Based Controls/Alerts Restrict transactions to merchants (using your phone's GPS) or by region using city, state, country or zip code on an interactive map. Usage Controls/Alerts Set spending limits to decline transactions above thresholds. Monitor activity by category such as gas stations and restaurants, and by type: in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions and ATM transactions. Card On/Off Setting When the card is "on" transactions are allowed. This app was utterly useless 2 years ago and still is. 15 overdraft fee is worth it I guess for not being able to turn your card off to block unwanted charges. Oh well don’t bother downloading the app you cannot log in at all. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-10-22* Just quit working. Tried to see if there was any sort of feedback on how to correct the issue on their website but there is no mention of this. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, made sure I have the most current update of my device iOS. There does not be a way to unlock the card/lock it since it can’t be accessed. ### 2/5 — Can’t turn my card on! *2023-03-25* I would be completely fine with the app, if it didn’t become useless every time it updates. I’m not sure how many times I’ve had the app update and afterwards get error “your financial institution server cannot be reached” 🤦🏻‍♀️ can’t turn my card on, or use it. Can’t get money out of the ATM. What’s the point of having it?!?! ### 5/5 — Beautiful App!! *2021-12-03* The fact that you can see recent transactions in this app, lock the card and set limits, I would rather use this app by its self just for my debit card and not even worry about the main Weokie app for all accounts although I have to for my auto loan and savings. It would be nice if this design could be used for the overall app that included everything.
