I feel a bit bad for my mom who’s just got an account open with weokie because she uses card controls a lot. This app was utterly useless 2 years ago and still is. 15 overdraft fee is worth it I guess for not being able to turn your card off to block unwanted charges. Oh well don’t bother downloading the app you cannot log in at all.

Not sure what happened with this app but it is not working. Tried to see if there was any sort of feedback on how to correct the issue on their website but there is no mention of this. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, made sure I have the most current update of my device iOS. There does not be a way to unlock the card/lock it since it can’t be accessed.

I would be completely fine with the app, if it didn’t become useless every time it updates. I’m not sure how many times I’ve had the app update and afterwards get error “your financial institution server cannot be reached” 🤦🏻‍♀️ can’t turn my card on, or use it. Can’t get money out of the ATM. What’s the point of having it?!?!

The fact that you can see recent transactions in this app, lock the card and set limits, I would rather use this app by its self just for my debit card and not even worry about the main Weokie app for all accounts although I have to for my auto loan and savings. It would be nice if this design could be used for the overall app that included everything. So far I’m very happy with Weokie and it’s customer service after only about a week of being a member!
