I’m tired of using facial recognition to try and sign in and all it does is take me back to the log in page and then tells me wrong information every time y’all update you get these stupid little bugs. I have say no to switch user every time. Pages are loading very slowly if at all. This app seems like it has some major lagging. I’d assume a bank would ensure the safest login features were enabled. Not sure why Face ID is offered on the app, as most reviews here say it doesn’t work. Good luck if you want to see any reports or history, because you won’t find it. The statements button takes you out of the app, and mine has never had any statements or tax documents available. In summary, it’s just a very disappointing, somewhat unsecure app. ### 2/5 — Buggy banking app *2023-05-18, version 20.2.3* So within the app there’s no way to report any bugs directly to Weokie so you have to end up going back to the App Store and reporting them there by leaving a review The app is buggy when going from just the basic accounts tab to the transfer tab. If you click one and then the other and then back to the account it hangs and stalls to the point you have to close the app and re-open and re-login again, just to see the result of your transfer in your accounts page. ### 3/5 — Weokie login *2023-04-29, version 20.2.3* This app just loves to lock people out doesn’t it? Not a good characteristic for an app used by a bank or credit union. I just love trying to handle my finances and all of a sudden there is an error every time I login with the user name and password I haven’t changed. Weokie, fix this aspect of the user experience on you app. Its literally the first things customers need to do. It takes me several times of trying to log in just to stay logged into the app long enough to check my balance. I also have Face ID set up and that only works to get you logged in for a split second then logs you right back out once it tells you there are no accounts to display. It’s really annoying because my credit card through weokie is connected to the app as well and sometimes I want to make a payment without issues. Bottom line, it will keep kicking you out prematurely. You’re better off using the weokie website over the app to be honest. I love weokie as a credit union overall but I do NOT love this app. It needs some work or bug fixes. Something. ### 2/5 — Love Weokie, but the app is some hot garbage *2022-06-02, version 19.1.96* First off, what kind of banking app only shows you the last two transactions in your mortgage account?? And doesn’t actually even show the main monthly payments at all, but just the last two principle-only extra payments? That’s if it allows you log in at all (btw if it doesn’t, double-home, swipe it away, try again). I have accounts at multiple banks (thus multiple apps), and this is the least useful, least informative, and most buggy app among them, by far. Try to look at your last statement through the app. Go ahead; I’ll wait. And wait. Sometimes the only thing that works are the ads for other Weokie loan products. Which by the way are quite ubiquitous and take an absurd amount of screen space, not even counting the billboards they stick between your transactions when viewing account history. This even happens in the aforementioned two-item, regular-payments-not-included, mortgage history. I mean, you kind of need the app because even it is marginally better than the extremely similar mobile website (usually but not always; sometimes it’s the other way round). Probably this thing was outsourced to a slick consultant, who made a great pitch to the decision-makers using all the right buzzwords and had a really cool slide deck, but turned out that the pitch was all they had that was great. Love Weokie. Great CU, great rates, great people. Lousy app. Just a lousy, lousy app. ### 2/5 — Overpayment *2022-04-24, version 19.1.96* I feel with the app we should be able to pay whatever amount to the loan payment. ### 3/5 — It crashed on me *2022-03-29, version 19.1.96* Doesn’t let me re make a new password ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2021-12-16, version 19.1.96* At least half the time my Face ID does not work, and while it’s a nice security feature that you have to frequently change passwords, you can’t rely on your phone to remember them for this app. I don’t want to type my login and pw out every time. If you forget your frequently changing password or hit a typo, you’ll be locked out until you call. I can rarely log in with the correct password without having to receive a text or call with a code (although most of the time this feature doesn’t work either) or enter security questions. I just want to see if my check hit the bank, and I don’t have time to go through all this just to log in. Very frustrating. Once you actually log in it’s usable. ### 4/5 — Needs Full Screen For Newer iPhones *2021-11-30, version 19.1.96* While the app supports newer iPhones the screen itself does not stretch all the way down for iPhone models such as the iPhone X, IPhone 12, and iPhone 13. It would look a lot better if it did. I waste so much time logging in and resetting faceID. None of my other apps do this and I makes me want to leave this bank due to their poor technology providers. Every time I try to open, a window appears that tells me it can not verify my credentials. After changing my password and finally able to log in, when trying to deposit a check, I get logged out and told my session has expired. Back to square 1! After talking to a supervisor at a location, I was told to try it again and if it does not work, I will have to come in to the location to make the deposit. My co-worker who’s caucasian signed up at the same time sent in the same information I originally sent and he got accepted , but I get the run around. They treating me like I’m being dishonest and they didn’t treat my co-worker same way and he a dope head.
