Tried to re-install still the same. ### 4/5 — Good, but room for improvement *2025-09-08* There aren’t a lot of great options out there that I found for custody schedules like this, so this app does the basics that we need but it definitely has room for improvement. There is work that needs to be done to make it worth the current cost. If your schedule is basic, and you don’t need many other features, this app will do the trick. If there’s a lot of customization and changes in your schedule on a regular basis, this app is very tedious. ### 2/5 — Frustrated *2025-05-01* My ex wanted to use this app. He pays the subscription. On messages it only shows read receipts on messages he sends me. So he can see when I open a message. It does not show a read receipt on the messages I send. I’ve tried reaching out to the support team about this issue and they have not resolved this, that was 6 weeks ago. ### 2/5 — Lame *2025-04-14, version 5.4.7* It’s pointless ### 2/5 — Some good ideas, but poor execution *2024-12-17, version 5.4.4* On the positive, the app has many well thought out features that are invaluable to maintain communication between separate homes, including archived messaging, a useful calendar and photo galleries. However, the execution is poor and clunky, and there appears to be many software issue, with messages and documents taking a long time to download and appear, lots of random glitches, and multiple extended periods where the app has not worked at all (server issues?) for either parent with no apparent explanation. Since this is our primary means of communication, this especially disappointing. The app generally feels sluggish and slow in its processing. Overall, it is useful, but the questionable quality certainly doesn’t justify its considerable annual subscription fee. ### 5/5 — This is absolutely amazing!! *2024-12-01, version 5.4.4* I am divorced and use this with my ex to manage schedules and all communication due to this being a court certified record that can easily be printed and taken to court if ever needed. We both use this app each and every week and makes our lives so much easier in coordinating athletic events as well as our schedules sharing parenting time. Its easy to use and keeps everything organized, from schedules to tasks between me and my ex. Coparenting is so much smoother now- no more misunderstandings or missed details. Their newest update was a real facelift, the fact that they added list and photo sharing was the cherry on top for me. Don’t look anywhere else for a family scheduling/messaging app! They also own SupportPay, which I use for managing the child support/finance side, check that one out too! ### 5/5 — Best coparenting app *2024-11-28, version 5.4.4* Best coparenting app and as a paid user you get SupportPay for free! That means finances, schedules and communications. Everything you need to coordinate family responsibilities without the fights! ### 4/5 — Has a lot of potential *2024-09-19, version 5.3.2* I’m changing my review a bit cuz the app is getting better, but we need a way to separate our identities from abusive narcissistic people who will do anything they can to get leverage. I may have met my match, but it’s time to let it burn theoretically.
