WeProperty connects Hong Kong property search with listing and enquiry tools for buyers, renters, owners and estate agents. Find sale and rental listings, publish a property, share your housing requirements and follow up on enquiries in one app.

FOR BUYERS AND RENTERS
• Browse property information from multiple local sources, with filters for district, budget, size, bedrooms and primary school net
• Search using natural language or voice in Cantonese, Mandarin or English
• Save properties and searches, and enable new-listing alerts
• Post a housing wish so approved agents can understand your buying or renting requirements
• Post roommate or shared-rental requirements and start a conversation after an invitation is accepted

FOR OWNERS AND AGENTS
• Publish property listings, upload photos, set sale or rental terms and manage listing status
• Get AI help drafting listing descriptions; some features require credits
• Submit proof of ownership for the platform's checking process and an applicable status label
• Apply for an agent profile; after platform review, present your service areas, specialties and listings

Fixed an issue where a developer message could appear while browsing. Agent listings now offer WhatsApp contact, falling back to the agent's mobile number when no WhatsApp is on file. We also improved how the message inbox handles unstable connections.

The home screen now has Popular Estates and Browse Estates by District, so you can reach the estate you want faster. Market Signal now charges credits only after you confirm, and you can top up right away if your balance is short.
