You can use all of Werdsmith's features for free, but there are limits, for example in the number of projects you can add, the number of writing prompts you can create, or the amount of time you can spend in Novel Mode or using app themes. You can increase or remove these limits by becoming a Werdsmith member. Sync, backup and sharing features are optional, but require a free Werdsmith account. 

If you choose to become a member, you’ll be charged through your iTunes account at the end of your one-week free trial period, unless you cancel your membership at least 24 hours before it begins. Your subscription will renew automatically, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription in the app's Settings or by going to your App Store account settings. Keep in mind that any unused portion of your free trial period is forfeited if you purchase a membership before the end of the trial. it has every thin a wrighter needs but it doesnt have outo correct that way it will correct grammer and speelling correction also I think it sholder give us 50 prompts that can go up to 500 words because the prompts some times are accidentally clicked if you can’t make these adjustments I would gladly give you five stars(please respond with action to these asks.

First of all, do not purchase this app. Unless you’re willing to shell out big dollars, it’s pretty worthless and if you do purchase it, it’s pretty lame and offers no serious benefits for writing. Do yourself a favor and use ChatGPT or Claude which are both far more helpful

This version adds a little badge that pops up when you finish writing, showing you how many words you added to your project in the last writing session. We hope it helps you see your progress and motivates you to write even more. 

You can now also search your Werdsmith projects using Siri. Ask Siri about topics, character names, or anything else you write about. For example, you can ask Siri "find my notes about New York in Werdsmith" or "search for Alexis in Werdsmith".

You can now easily copy projects that you started in another app into Werdsmith. When you start a new project, you'll see an Import button that lets you copy a project that's in iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox. You can then continue the project in Werdsmith. You can also add Google Docs or Microsoft Word files directly from the other app. This feature supports plain text, Markdown, Rich Text Files (.rtf), Word Documents (.docx), Google Docs and PDFs with selectable text in them.

This version lets you increase the security of your account with a passkey, the modern replacement for passwords. Unlike passwords, passkeys can't be leaked or guessed. If you change email addresses, having a passkey means you'll still be able to access your account.
