It doesnt clear your choices when you tell it too. It just shows the same dogs you do t want. Fortunately, if you like either, you don’t even need to sign in to get both! On the front page, there’s an option to create an account or “skip.” “Skip” simply opens a pop-up with an explanation of why it’s “important to sign in” to “save your data from being lost.” Thanks, I learned that when I lost my first important essay in grade school to our malfunctioning computer. I think everyone using a computer knows it’s important to save. But I save things that are important to me. This app is just not important to me, because there are so many others like it. I think my data is important to the developer, and it’s definitely important to adopt, not shop. I’ll just be using a different app for it, because I don’t want some developers with a freshman year’s grasp of manipulation tactics to have it. ### 4/5 — Can I share a rescue animal? *2021-03-08, version 5.2* Hello! Really like this app but I must be missing how I would share one of these adoptable animals with anybody else? I don’t see a button where I can send all the details of a specific animal to others. I try to send folks to the app store to download the app and then look for the dog, but it would be great if it were more simple. Wanted an app to help me casually look for pets in my area that need a home. Downloaded app only to find that I have to give my name and email address to search. Why? Why do I have to compromise my privacy and expose myself to a bunch of unwanted emails to help a pet have a loving home? Then when you apply searches, it gives you dogs that are hundreds of miles away when you ask for within 100 miles what. What a waste cancel my subscription right away. Requires signing up for an account to browse adoptable pets. Prob still tons of outdated info too. Looking for dogs, the top results were “available 3/2019,” — more than 9 months ago, with descriptions that say “Adopt ASAP, in danger of euthanization.” LAME! If all you are is a platform with no way to ensure provider info is up to date and dogs that show up are actually still adoptable - let alone ALIVE - shame on you. I just found out he has Cushing syndrome. I am older but another dog would give me pep and I have a lot of love to give!! I love dogs and they love me!! I like big dogs! I’ve been searching for a good dog for years! two years ago I had a little dog named Joey that my mother gave me for Christmas, to my dismay I found out he was a result from puppy mills and passed from a sickness he had since he was a baby. Im making sure to never get dogs from mills. I’m glad I’ve found this app and now I’m hoping to adopt a dog named Tapatio, I’m in love with his little character!
