I am a single mom of six kids. I don’t have a vehicle due to me having to make sure we have a home and other things we write has given me hope on that lost it not being able to get around and with all the rideshare’s raising their prices I literally have to walk almost an hour to get to some stores that we desperately need from grocery stores to pharmacies as well as doctor appointments until Monday. I’m seeing this pretty colored van and looked it up. The service was reliable, the driver was professional and courteous, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Scheduling was easy, and everything ran on time, making my experience stress-free. If you’re looking for a dependable and convenient ride service in Goodyear, I highly recommend WeRide! I had to take we ride with my service dog. It by far was an amazing trip. Chris, the driver, open the door for me and made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. Definitely try it!!! ### 5/5 — Wish this was everywhere *2025-01-07* Best ride-share in the game right now. 2 bucks and drops you off just about anywhere in Avondale or Goodyear. If you are trying to go into one city to another, you will have to get off at a shared location for the switch. It would be nice if they were truly one, maybe in the future. And the hours are different I think the Goodyear micro buses run like an hour later till like 7pm while Avondale stops at like 6. The drivers are very kind and it’s always cool interacting with other riders!! I actually look foward to these rides because of how good my experiences have been. They constantly reroute drivers sometimes more than once, leaving people waiting long periods of time. When someone is disabled and there’s nowhere to sit, this is not a good thing. And the fact that customer service ignores you, is even worse. ### 2/5 — Unceremoniously Dispatched *2024-02-23* Overall the app is decent… but the software is glitchy, pickup and drop locations have been on accurate… you can literally drive by your drop of location en route to pick up another rider and still be dropped of after that rider… the dispatcher William has very poor leadership skills as someone is a position to make judgement calls his judgment is not the best and can definitely use some coaching up regarding conflict resolution and customer service… the customer is always right… not so much with William… do better WeRIDE. ### 3/5 — App and services *2026-02-11, version 4.8.0* They need to have more genuine times and there routing system gets Annoying and they restrict people on the app when they miss or cancel a ride to find a different one. They need better cars.some seats are so uncomfortable.As a high school student that takes these they are not always reliable and they need to add Tolleson into there system it’s not even that big. ### 3/5 — Goodyear Park & Ride. *2024-03-26, version 3.17.1* After the app update, Goodyear Park & Ride is no longer a dropoff option. I have to walk from Adelante healthcare Goodyear. ### 4/5 — Good *2024-12-11* I have been riding for about 3-4 months . Wait time is crazy . The 1 minute wait for the passenger should be at least 3 mins . Many riders are ada . Also,this last ride was the third time I was in the same Pacifica van where the back bike rack hasn’t been able to open . Thus,not being able to put my e scooter in . (It’s too skinny to fit in the racks… also folds ) I was denied once because there was a wheelchair Ada rider. I easily could have ridden in the front passenger. I was compensated..but had to wait an additional 20 from the hour I waited . I do love using it as it takes me directly to where I need to go . Easier than navigating the bus and being with the crazies . ### 4/5 — It is convenient…sometimes *2023-07-13* I have been using weride in Goodyear for just over six months. I have loved it in many ways that have been reviewed by others. However, since it’s growth into other cities - the wait times, and arrival times have suffered. A few times I have not been able to get a ride, get a ride to arrive on time, and lately have no rides around the time needed. A lot of the drivers have been taken off of Goodyear to go to other new cities. While it is inexpensive it must be reliable. I hope this is just growing pains and will eventually go back. I'm sure this is true for plenty of Surprise AZ residents who actually knew this service was even available. Living in Surprise is pretty good, however it could be Very Great living in Surprise if we had reliable and affordable transportation. For years living here I always had a vehicle and was oblivious to the issue, but when I lost my vehicle, I learned very quickly. There's no way to get around unless your paying for a Lyft or Uber which is expensive, at times very expensive borderline not affordable. WeRIDE was awesome $2 and can get you all around I wish more of Surprise was also included but at least we had something. It's just unacceptable and very frustrating that the city has decided to stop this service at the end of June 2025.
