Will not get past putting in RV information unless you go into airplane mode before starting the app. Once started you can get out of airplane mode. Why not fix this bug?!

Why does the app need my vin, make,model,and floorplan EVERY time I try to use the app???  Why doesn’t it auto connect as soon as I open the app and the trailer/gateway is in range (after the initial login where I setup all the details)?  I can do everything from the control panel in the time it takes to login with the app.  Very sad.

The new update requires you to sign in, which has caused a lot of issues trying to use the features. Before, you just connected via Bluetooth and never had any issues. Now.. I have to have a signal and for some reason, it keeps logging me out. It’s very frustrating.

Now the master control light switch will be in off position and all the lights still on, when app starts. Then you switch it on and lights go off. Then if you toggle it a few times, it will finally stay in off position with lights off. Before when you opened app if you had lights on, you could touch, all off and all went off.

The app was great until I went to VIN page to add information. It said I was wrong.  I have since re-entered the information many times, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, still is stuck on the Vin page and will not let me go anywhere else.

Before the last couple of updates the app worked flawlessly. Since updating to a version with “faster and more stable connectivity “ I can’t even turn on or off a light reliably let alone extend or retract my awning or slide without losing connection!  Connecting is very slow, sometimes taking several minutes, and glitchy.

Since the latest app update, my previous settings for a 2024 RV do not work, and it won’t connect to Bluetooth anymore.  The introduction of WiFi is a complete disaster. Do the developers understand that camping in the woods often involves little to no internet access?? Additionally, The app is stuck in an endless registration loop.  I already had this set up.  And who the heck knows the VIN off the top of their head??  Don’t “fix” what’s not broken. It worked just fine before.  Now it’s completely useless.

I love this app. I live in my RV for work, so this app is a daily use item for me. 

My suggestion? Apple CarPlay. Then as soon as I back in, I could turn on my awning light from the truck’s dash. I can’t be that difficult these days. Do it!

Are you kidding me !!! This app is amazing !!  I sit here by the campfire .. turn on any lights I want to have on , open my awning and I don’t even have to sit down my beer and get out of my chair !!

I really like this app. I can turn on/off some of the interior and exterior lights without having to get out of my chair. I can keep an eye on the water and waste tanks without having to look at the physical inside control panel. I would like a faster connection to the trailer when opening the app. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to control dimming of the lights from the app.

This app is a great concept, but it constantly logs me out even after setting a pin, and takes forever to connect with the Bluetooth. Please make it work with facial recognition on the iPhone.

App used to be much more responsive before they introduced Wi-Fi. Now that there's Wi-Fi it has to eliminate that type of connection before to attempt Bluetooth.  I'm not found a way to prioritize Bluetooth over Wi-Fi.  It takes about 30 seconds for the app to connect now.
