I have to close and open multiple times to get in. ### 1/5 — 2FA doesn’t work *2026-05-26* I can’t login. Thought it was temporary but been weeks. I get a text to authenticate and it doesn’t work. Please reach out to our customer support team at +18009059043. ### 1/5 — Not Able to Deposit Checks *2025-02-26* There’s an option to deposit checks, but there’s an error message every time I try. Every bank I’ve used allows this. It feels like I’m living in 1995 having to go to the bank each time to make a deposit. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The old app was awesome…promised this one would be back to normal for months now…no change. Literally a waste of time. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We are working on ensuring your information is loaded into the system with additional transaction information and the running balance. You should be able to see the payee with each transaction at this time. ### 1/5 — Can’t even open the app *2021-09-12* So today the app won’t even open. It tells me it’s downloading updates, but then it throws a network error message over the app. The update never completes. I simply want to make a payment on my business line of credit on my iPhone. The missteps Wesbanco have made with their recent online interface redesign and this new app are inexcusable. It’s like you’re inviting your biggest customers to find other banks. Does anyone beta test anymore? ### 2/5 — Constantly logged out *2025-01-29* Even though I have remember me and Face ID enabled, every couple of days I need to log back in again. ### 2/5 — The people that designed this stuff don’t actually use it themselves *2024-10-10* Because if you did you would realize how tedious and cumbersome it is to use this product I mean when you pull up the list of transactions it says “ pre-authorized ACH debit” but you have to click on each transaction to see what it is specifically The there’s a button of view all transactions so it’s a whole bunch of clicking that’s just extra steps to do what you want like even clicking to see the check image is why don’t they just populate automatically And then there’s that stupid picture of the guys with the tablet and the stylus why don’t you just get rid of that picture altogether and put something meaningful or useful in that space all of my account so I don’t have to hit the extra button to view all my accounts or even put a total balance there of all of my accounts ### 5/5 — Still no electronic transfers for external bank accounts!? *2021-08-04* When are you going to allow the customer to initiate electronic bank transfers through the app and online to other major banks??? **Developer response:** The CashFlow Connect app is for business customers who use this feature.
