Most of the time it doesnt work. And when it does, it shows you the document from the same effective date every time even if you change the date. When I login there is a message saying your profile needs activation, phone App Support. There is a App Support phone number but if you call it’s not App Support. I then have to reset my username but is then asked for my password.
