When ever there is a third party issue, Wescom always notifies me quickly and resolves the problem with me for a favorable outcome always. Finally I can deposit checks without struggling for 10 minutes each! Much appreciated! I would love to see a feature that helped organizing the transactions into categories and budgets, helping to make one’s economy easier to evaluate and track! This would definitely get a 5-star rating from me (and a lot of recommendations to other people to use you!) I’ve called Wescom and mentioned to them several times and they have never fixed it. They always blow me off. It has been a week now and the money which I have a receipt for has not been deposited or credited to my accounts. However I have checked my other bank account which is Wells Fargo and it shows that the check has been processed and the funds were deposited into Wescom. Then, once they roll out a new update to fix the old one, something goes wrong with the new one. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. As of 10/28/2025, my Face ID log in stopped working and once I tried to log in manually it said that my credentials were wrong and asked if I wanted to reset my password. At the password reset it also said my credentials were wrong. Deleted the app and reinstalled, and was able to get my login info in, but now it just stays at the loading screen.
