The app is very easy to use and does a great job guiding through the process b4 going to sleep. The two pads that attach to your body stayed even though I am a big toss and turner when using stuff like this. I’ve used other sleep study kits in the past that had wires going everywhere. You’ll appreciate this wireless setup! ### 1/5 — Yikes *2025-05-11* The adhesive on the pads is not good. They will come off multiple times during the night. When this would happen, I would glance over at the app, and it would show that the pads were “disconnected” from the internet. I truly thought I’d wake up in the morning and it would say it couldn’t take the data from the pads. However, after 7 hours of terrible sleep while wearing this thing, it seemed to take the data. I then received an email saying that I need to retest tonight because my finger oximeter data had an issue. WHAT?! That’s the device that seemed to be working as it should all night. Make it make sense. I guess that I will try again tonight, but I really do not have high hopes. Good idea in this device, terrible execution. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work. *2025-04-23* The functioning of the device is moot when it’s impossible to upload pulse oximeter data. I’ve tested many times only for the upload to ultimately fail. Wesper even sent me a new system. I have no idea if my oral appliance is working or which setting to use. I’ve owned many, many devices of all kinds that sync via Bluetooth. The functioning on the Wesper upload is so bad that I can’t believe it was brought to market. The system isn’t usable. ### 1/5 — as bad as they say *2025-04-16, version 3.19.0* couldn’t believe it, but it’s as bad as the reviews say. getting a report to successfully upload is a miracle. ### 1/5 — Are these reviews not being read? *2025-04-09* The apps is as bad as the reviews show, very surprising developers are very clearly not fixing the concerns of these customers. Did one night of a sleep study, data is stuck uploading at 60% for over an hour. No way for me to restart the upload or move to another screen in the app to verify the data is still intact, you are just at the whim of the clearly frozen app to figure out how to unfreeze itself. All I got was the app telling me to verify my internet connection, which was very much working normally. Resorted to uninstalling the app since there is no user input allowed on the upload screen, attempting to reupload now and it’s frozen again. ### 1/5 — So annoying *2025-03-12, version 3.18.0* Wish I could give this app zero stars. I have tried for four nights to do a sleep study and they have all failed! Now it’s saying the pads don’t have enough battery life, but there is no way to charge the pads! ### 1/5 — Harassers *2025-02-19* Sent me multiple messages the day after I used the kit for the first time to return it all within 48 hours or pay their 2k fine. No indication how many days I was supposed to use the kit, I thought maybe as many days as I had adhesive? NOPE. I don’t know what one day of sleep testing is going to tell my dr, but I expected a week at least. I recommended my doctor stop telling people to spend money on this app as it works less than half of the time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Earned its 2.6 rating - Horrible app *2026-06-05* If you get a “patch disconnected” error, the app forces you to restart setup process, including the video on applying the patches. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t just open—I gave up after waiting 5 minutes. Why force users to restart?? I emailed Wesper with photo of the start & “I give up” times. Infuriating! ### 1/5 — Underdeveloped app *2026-03-23* App crashed at some point through the night. No resume option. No feedback from the app on how to reconnect. You’re supposed to leave the app open? Cool, maybe put that instruction on the screen and not only in the manual. Phone’s screen auto-off kicks in during the test? Who could’ve imagined that would happen! Uploading data at the end of the test? How would you like a spinning pinwheel on your screen for a few minutes with no feedback of actual progress taking place? This app is jokes. Let’s get some robustness in here. ### 1/5 — Literal waste of time *2026-03-19* Apparently the backup way to upload the pulse oximeter data is currently broken. So I have to repeat the test. No better way to retrieve the data from the device. Conceptually it seems simple: connect to device, connect to server, read data, write data. But, it just doesn’t work. So now I need to repeat the test and hope it works this time. ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work. *2026-01-15, version 3.21.0* When you go for a report it doesn’t generate and when you input your data it will randomly delete. The package for the equipment was heavily used as there were adhesive grime caked on the fabric side. Followed all other instructions perfectly only to be told there was a problem and I need to retest. Should I really expect it will be magically fixed tomorrow night? Junk and useless!! ### 1/5 — How to make an easy thing hard *2025-07-05, version 3.21.0* Terrible process. I’ve done an at home sleep apnea test before and it was simple. I’m supposed to do a second night and gave up after repeating the process 3 times and continuing to get the patch is disconnected notification. ### 1/5 — Horrible Experience *2025-06-01* I didn’t even finish registering. I think there should be a law against providing something like 50 or 100 pages of terms of service, it should be cut more simple I could not read the whole thing. When I clicked getting started, with how much I had to read or figure out, and I just shut the whole thing down. I read all the emails from the company and all the paperwork that came with it and followed everything. I was very stressed to do this test but it turned out to be very easy to use and I feel like they have made everything very simple and easy to use. My second test did have a slight hiccup with the connection when trying to upload results but it popped up to retry and then it went through no problem. The app is simple to navigate and the reports are easy to understand, even if you’re not familiar with sleep tracking. Process was super easy and the app is really good! No issues with connecting to the equipment, reports came in the next morning within about half an hour, and the way the data is presented is really interesting! Videos in the app loaded quickly and were helpful too. Sign-up forms were quick and easy. Everything went really smoothly for me—no issues uploading or reviewing data. Even now, weeks later, I can easily view those three nights of data. Really helpful and insightful for me to see so much detail about how I sleep!
