I hated Acuity but their app was far better than West Bend’s. Please remodel and add key features. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Not good 1st impression *2022-01-21, version 2.1.4* Just moved from GEICO who’s app worked well. I created an account but never got verification email (checked spam). Tried to log in but couldn’t. Then later in the day the app let me in but I just get a white screen. Have closed and deleted app but nothing fixes the white screen. Tried tech support link in App Store but took me WB homepage. ### 2/5 — Loading documents takes forever *2020-09-02, version 2.0.16* Not all documents are available and it takes forever to load. Mostly useless. ### 1/5 — Please improve! *2026-01-06, version 4.0.5* This app needs some serious work. When logging in it asks you if you want to save your login but it doesn’t actually do that. You always have to re-enter your email and password every single time. At the very least remember the email address entered and require the password or support FaceID. The email field also doesn’t support prefilling from password managers so you have to manually type it in everytime which is a pain. I can see all my my car id cards and review my policy! West Bend is such a great company and I will forever keep my insurance with them due to their great products and amazing customer service. Can view an auto ID card, pay my bill, submit a claim, etc. Definitely a huge improvement on functionality.
