The 490 bus route timetable doesn’t make any sense. Is it the wrong route?

I guess this is probably down to staff.  Awful if you have call them.   

App does not reflect changes to routes.  Ie.  17 has now reverted back to original route but app still shows the alternative route.    

Staff have been told still no changes to app

Inaccessible. Cannot buy tickets. The app only recommends tourist buses and will not allow me to purchase an actual ticket. Incredibly disappointed.

Drivers are always polite and helpful. The 15 runs to time except for the chaos of roadworks. Love our wee bus!

Local 17 and 15 provide an excellent regular service for my usual 3 or 4 stop journeys.

I use the 15 and 17 quite often, whenever there’s a wee diversion because of roadworks etc. the app always tells you. 

The live bus tracker is fab as well, super handy when out and about. 

The cherry on top is that the wee bus drivers are incredibly friendly, make the experience a lot better. 

Overall, great app and easy to use.

I don’t drive n use the buses a lot going to n from work. Most off the drive are very friendly n nice but some are not

What a brilliant app.   A well deserved 5 stars to Glasgow Citybus for bringing this app, you can track  the buses as well as purchase your daily and weekly tickets 👌🏻

I am enjoying the new website. 
It is useful to be able to track the bus, as it let’s you see if there are any delays due to traffic, road works, etc. 
The notification of present and future diversions to the route is appreciated.
