First email was good. But didn’t follow through. Told me would add the bonus point for signing up for app. And would add purchase from that day too. Non of the fields allow auto populating from a password manager. The fields that are only numbered input do not default to number pad keyboard. You can do a full order as guest and then be told store doesn’t allow guest checkout. I was told I could not create an account because that phone number was already yet whatever email I put in. It said that account didn’t exist. You click on the app support for Incentivio or whatever, and there’s no option to get help. Because of all this, I’m not going too purchase anything from West Coast sourdough. What a hassle to which I say no thank you. ### 1/5 — Can’t remove credit card *2025-01-20, version 2.0.4* The app works fine for ordering but i accidentally clicked on the button to have the app save my payment info. Until 4-27-2022, I did my online order as always and it said my order would be ready for pick up at 5:56 pm. At 6:00 pm went in and said I have a order to pick up and gave my name. The young man at counter said we have not made it jet. Phone rings he is now taking customers orders and I’m still waiting. After he gets off phone he yells for help. Girl in back yells back what he says we have a order. She finally comes up and now it’s 6:12 pm and I’m still waiting. She makes my sandwich calls my name and I’m out at 6:16 pm. WHAT!!! HAPPEN!!!! This is why we order on line so when we get there our order is ready. No one was in the store one employee was mopping floor, out front and I said thank you and got no response. My heart is sad I going to half to find a new sandwich place.
