We are not informed when there is a change in the weekly schedule for yard trash pick up. Especially annoying since the number of changes in the schedule averages at least twice a month for the past 8 months.

Love all the people in WeCo water, PD, info, street guys…everybody!  ….I can’t wait until we can pay our water bill through the app!

The app is an awesome source for information and changes during holiday seasons as well as during emergency weather situations. When changes are made I have it right in my pocket. If I have concerns, same deal.
The guys on the street are great, and they do a great job as well.

West Columbia Sanitation services And especially it street level employees is the best service provider network I have ever experience. Thank you. As for the app, it keeps me informed via the push alerts, and I am grateful for that.
